BS ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The BS Entrepreneurship Program prepares students to start and manage their own business by pursuing opportunity and maximizing use of available resources, whether locally or internationally, with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity.

The Program instills in individual’s entrepreneurial spirit by helping them design their own career paths and create value for the varying aspects of community.

At the end of the Program, the student is expected to:

  1. Identify entrepreneurial opportunities and ventures by developing their own business plans.
  2. Implement their business plans and get into independent and synergistic ventures.
  3. Prepare researches and feasibility studies founded on the wide perspective of an entrepreneurial mind.
  4. Articulate and discuss research findings that support innovation of new products, services, and ideas.

BSBA – Major in FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

The Financial Management Program prepares students for a career in the wider field of financial management as owners, part of management, or as employees of enterprises and firms engaged in investment and banking, brokering and dealing, and financial consultancy, whether locally or internationally, with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity.

The Program instills in the students the rigor of utilizing analytical tools and perspectives to make sound and competitive financial decisions.

At the end of the Program, the student is expected to:

  • Understand Financial Management concepts, theories, and principles and apply them in the profession as a financial analyst, financial manager, or an executive.
  • Formulate and discuss financial policies and prepare and analyze financial reports for the benefit of stakeholders.
  • Prepare researches and formulate solutions founded on finance theories and practical aspects of financial management.
  • Articulate and discuss research findings that initiate solution-oriented financial policies.

BSBA – Major in HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT (HRDM)

The HRDM Program prepares students for a career in the wider field of Human Resource Management in various businesses, whether in manufacturing, marketing, and service sectors, or in different types of industries such as pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, food and beverage, banking industries, and other types of organizations, whether locally or internationally, with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity.

The Program instills in the students the ability to lead and manage manpower by helping them acquire and develop skills and competencies to make them more competitive before they engage in strategic decisions in the business environment influenced by global competition.

At the end of the Program, the student is expected to:

  1. Understand the evolution of HR profession at the various stages of development of an organization and apply them in various fields of businesses.
  2. Prepare HR policies, systems, and procedures to help develop, manage, and train manpower.
  3. Prepare researches that contribute to strategic decision-making that influence positive directions of organizations.
  4. Articulate and discuss research findings that initiate proactive changes in organizational policies.

BSBA – Major in LEGAL MANAGEMENT

The Legal Management Program prepares students for a Law program or a career in the wider field of Law as legal researchers, public or private administrators, or employees with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity.

The Program provides students with practical knowledge and skills regarding the laws and principles as applied in the Philippine legal system and prepares them to cope with the rigor of law school.

At the end of the Program, the student is expected to:

  1. Understand, discuss, and apply the intricacies of laws as applied in the business setting or the society in general.
  2. Develop flexibility in applying theoretical and practical principles in the business setting or the society in general.
  3. Prepare researches for the necessary exploration of the legal viewpoints and aspects of business.
  4. Articulate and discuss research findings that initiate diplomatic policy-making in different levels of society.

BSBA – Major in MARKETING MANAGEMENT

The Marketing Management Program prepares students to be responsive to the total marketing environment by providing them with technical skills and competencies in the areas of marketing as owners, part of management, or as employees, with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity in local or international setting.

The Program combines theories with actual or practicum activities to give the students broad and enriched base for career in marketing.

At the end of the Program, the student is expected to:

  1. Apply the marketing management theories and principles in actual business and corporate settings.
  2. Analyze the market landscape as a marketing professional who assumes position of responsibility as a staff, manager, director, or an executive.
  3. Prepare innovative marketing, advertising, product, retail, and sales researches and plans.
  4. Articulate and discuss research findings and solutions that address the needs of the general public.

BS REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT (REM)

The BS REM Program prepares students in the local or international real estate industry as leaders in the practice of salesmanship, brokerage, and consultancy in various corporations and institutions and in the practice of realty assessment or as accredited appraisers in our government with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity.

The Program enables students to examine real-world best practices in the increasingly complex real market.

At the end of the Program, the student is expected to:

  1. Understand, identify, and enrich new sources of real estate capital.
  2. Explore and analyze emerging market opportunities.
  3. Prepare researches in resource designs and techniques and innovate fresh practices in the field.
  4. Articulate and discuss research findings that initiate projects in the real estate industry.
